1BullBear runs the trading desk at 1bullbear.com. We respect your privacy and collect as little as possible to run your membership — this policy explains what we hold, and why.
Information we collect
We keep this deliberately small — only what the desk needs to give you access and run your membership.
Email address — to create your account, sign you in, and send service messages tied to your membership.
Public profile — if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and profile picture to personalise your account — nothing more.
Payment details — card payments run through Stripe; we also accept crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH). We never store your financial details on our servers.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve the desk.
- To send you service updates and support.
- To process transactions, confirmations, and invoices.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it — with two exceptions: the trusted providers who help us run the desk (hosting, monitoring, storage, and communications), and where the law requires it.
Data security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, give you additional notice.
